Cancellation and Exchange:
Customer satisfaction and meeting expectations are important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days from the invoice date, provided that:
The item is in its original packaging, unused, with all tags intact, and has not been worn or used.
Non-returnable items due to health and hygiene regulations:
Beauty and personal care products
Lingerie, nightwear, and hygiene or protective products (such as medical masks)
Swimwear, burkini, and bikini
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned, as they do not comply with health and hygiene regulations. Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Products with major discounts or seasonal sales are not eligible for returns, but they can be exchanged.
For exchange requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, whether inside or outside the UAE.
In cases of cancellation or exchange from outside the UAE, the customer will bear customs duties and shipping costs.
The return package can be sent via a shipping company, and we will arrange the process from our side. However, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your bank account in case of cancellation, or the requested exchange items will be shipped to you.
The refund or exchange process may take up to 5 business days after receiving your package.
Return Conditions:
The protective seals and tags must remain intact.
The product must not be worn, tried on, or used.
The item must be clean, without any traces of makeup, perfume, or stains of any kind.
The item must be unused.
The hygiene protection labels must remain intact and not be removed.
The product must not be part of major or seasonal discounts.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. If we receive an item that does not comply with these conditions, it will be returned to you, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Refund Policy and Procedures:
Once we receive your return package and complete the necessary process successfully, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed immediately.
The refund amount will be sent via bank transfer after deducting the shipping cost, according to your bank’s policies.
The refund process may take between 1 to 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
